ciation have at last shaped their af
fairs so as to enable them to throw
open to settlement that desirable
tract lying Just west of the entrance
to the Fair Grounds. For several
years there has been a demand for
this property but the affairs of the
Association were in such shaoe as to
prevent them from disposing of any
of their holdings without disposing
of all, and this they did not wish to
do. Now, however, arrangements
have been consummated and that
beautiful lying tract, , known as
"FAIRVIEW" Addition, and contain
ing only 42 lots is to be placed upon
