A very fair run of cattle showed up yesterday, about 6,800 head. Dullness appeared to be too most notable feature of the trade in fat cattle yesterday, although for the most part prices were about on a psr with the close of last week. The general trsd ran be quoted as steady with Satur day's killer market. Bulk of the sup ply moved at $6.5506.65, and top reached $6.70. Sheep and lamb receipts totaled 9, 000 head. The market was active, with both sheep and lambs anywhere from 15025c higher than the close of last week. Lambs sold up to $S..10. Mexican yearlings made a top of $7.49 and some light Mexican ewes brought $5.80. The bulk of the fed western ewes sold at $5.3505 70. Some lambs for feeding were picked up rapidly at $7.8007.90.
