J"he Hoard of County Commission ers met pursuant to adjournment. Officers present, S. C. Reck. ehalr man, C. L. HaRhman, and J. M. Wa nek. This meeting was called for the purpose of conferring with repre sentatives of furniture houses rela tive to furniture for the new court bonse. The day was spent In going over lists of furniture needed for the different offices In the new building. Wnereupon the board adjourned until tomorrow morning. Nor. 29, 1913, at 9 o'clock. Alliance, Nebr., Nov. 29, 1913. The Board of County Commission ers met pursuant to adjournnif Officers present, 8. C. Reck, chalT man, C. I Hashman, and J. M. Wa rn ek. After considering the lists of fur niture prepared on Nov. SWth, 1913, and making some changes, the lists were submitted to the several fur niture representatives present, with the understanding thai they would have blue prints and specifications of same prepared to be submitted to the board at a later date, without cost to the county. Whereupon the board adjourned, to meet at the call of the clerk. Alliance, Nebr., Dec. 9, 1913. The Board of County Commission ers met pursuant to the call of the Clerk. Officers present, S. C. Reck, chairman, C. L. Hashman, and J. M. Wanek. This meeting was called for the purpose of conferring with T. L. McGerry, representative of the Nat ional Fidelity and Casualty Company, said company being the surety on the bond of R. A. Matthews, con tractor for the new court house. Some time was spent in going over the condition of the various con tracts entered into by R. A. Mat thews. Whereupon the board adjourned until tomorrow morning, December 10th, 1913, at 9 o'clock. 3C Alliance, Nebr., Dec. 10, 1913. The Board of County Commission ers met pursuant to adjournment. Officers present, S. C. Reck. C. U Hashman, and .1. M. Wanek. Mr. T. I.. McGerry, representative of the National Fidelity and Casual ty Company of Omaha, Nebr., ex plained the present condition of the Court House contract to the board and a number of fcix payers present, and made request that Work on the new court house be discontinued for three months. No official action was taken by the board on tills request and the matter was left to the bond com pany to fulfill the contract of R. A. Matthews as they had been, hereto fore notified. Whereupon the board adjourned until tomorrow morning, Ieceniber 11th, 1913, at 9 o'clock. Alliance, Nebr., Dec. II, 191,1. The Board of County Commission ers met pursuant to adjournment. Mar tin, county treasurer, within and for Box Dutte cous.tr, Nebraska, for the year 1914, was ex am toed and approved. . The Depository Bond of the First National Bank, of Alllaice, Nebras ka, as a depository for county funds, In the amount of 116,000, was ex amined and approved. County Treasurer Martin reported on hand In the Bridge Fund $:i00. Automobile Fund 1237, and Boll Tax $253, a total of $790, and same is ordered transferred to the Road Fund.
