Reck, chair man, C. L. Hashman, and I. M. Wa- nek. Upon advice of the County Attor ney and an opinion of the Supreme Court of Nebraska, filed Jan. 16th, 191.:, the surety bond of the First State Bank of Hemlngford, Nebras ka, as surety for county funds on 1 posit, is hereby released by the Board, and the cWk Is hereby or dered to return the bond on file to First State Bank. Hemlngford, Ne braska. Bids on file for the purchase of Court House Bonda were opened by the board, but no action taken, ex cept looking into financial standing of bidders. The balance of day was spent in going over rond petitions with tax payers present. Whereupon the board adjourned until tomorrow morning, March 11th. at 9 o'clock. Alliance, Nebr., Mar. 11. 1913. The Board of County Commission ers met pursuant to adjournment; all members present. The board viewed road in right precinct for which there is on file a petition to vacate, and after viewing same refused to order said road va cated.
