wherein Clarence Cook is plaintiff,
;ind American .Motor Cycle Company,

fendant consisting of money, has
been attached by garnishment of
one Arthur Faust, who hns delivered
to the court the fund due defendant
from him, in the sum of about $160,
and said money is now held by the
court to await the final decision in

virtue of the order of attachment is
